Unifying with the Hawaiian theme, the mid-rise residential buildings will follow a modern Polynesian design. Buildings will be in neutral earth colors to complement the greens throughout the property. In common areas, such as the Luau Pavilion (Grand Clubhouse), the use of natural materials and textured finishes bring a sense of warmth, while traditional tiki-inspired artworks are used as accent pieces.

There are four unit types available to suit the needs of residents. Unit types available include 21 sqm studio units; two-bedroom units, with floor areas from 42, 49.5, 51, to 60 sqm; 66 sqm three-bedroom units and tandem units with a total unit size of 84 sqm.

There’s no need to drive away on weekends to spend quality time with the family. Ohana Place has a Grand Clubhouse that is surrounded by various recreation amenities. Inside the Luau Pavilion (Grand Clubhouse) is a lounge area, an air-conditioned function room with a kitchen, fitness gym with a dance area, a recreation hall, entertainment room, veranda overlooking the pool area, convenience store, laundry pickup booth and water station. Outdoors, there are adult and kiddie pools complete with a central mound highlighted by water cascades and slides, a sunbathing deck, basketball court, cabanas with grill pits, a children’s playground and a number of pocket parks and gardens spread throughout the property.

And as in all developments by DMCI Homes, there is a Property Management Office (PMO) that handles security and general upkeep of the property. Some of the services it offers include 24-hour security with roving personnel, general maintenance of common areas, move-in assistance, utilities application, utilities and realty tax payment service, taxi call-in service, and organizing of community events. For a fee, the PMO can also offers car wash service and newspaper delivery.
